Pros

There leadership is very accessible and incredibly focused on their values. I left for an opportunity better suited- but Innovatis was an amazing place to work. I highly doubt they “pay” to delete reviews- and I loved that if there were people that were negative or detractors they would let them go. It’s obvious to me that many of the negative comments are people trying to drag the company down. Literally everyone has the CEOs cell phone- I never used it- but people said he always replies immediately. He is a great guy- no work life balance- but doesn’t require others to do that. I actually have seen him restocking the fridge!

They sometimes worry too much about complaints- some you can’t make ppl happy

The PEOPLE Ability to make an impact on Day 1 Professional Growth Work hard, play hard mindset Unlimited PTO Awesome 401k Matching

Cons

Smaller company means growth/career trajectory many times depends on success of client. For those who want to see the clients win and work hard at doing so, this shouldn't be an issue. But if you're looking for a super structured and predictable career path, that might be unrealistic.
