Innovative Solutions has been the best company. There is no politics. They always pay you on time. Very cooperative staff and overall management. The best team leads and colleagues who help you to the best of their ability. They never overwork their employees. Lunch facility. The best company owners. No extra sitting. No stress. I loved working every moment at Innovative.

salary on time, no late sitting, a good amount of leaves. Work and personal life balance. you are allowed to do your learning They have good products which are running in the market so it's a good experience. The office is very nice and clean it's out of the city. learning spectrum is very wide The HR is responsive and treats you well.

Cons

-out of the city is the disadvantage -they should utilize the team on new products and projects but they stick on the same products -The hiring process is not good they don't know who is the capable person for the job.
