      Pros

      I'm constantly inspired by the corporate culture where employees matter a lot. Our CEO personally commits to employees' welfare and has great vision to lead the company in the Health IT market. This is truly a rare company amidst so many mediocre companies in the area. A great future ahead.

      Inoventures treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. Great place to work with good opportunity to learn and advance your career. Good Pay & Good Benefits (Medical ,401K, PTO Policy).

      Inoventures is such an employee-centric company. Almost half the employees work from home, yet deliver 100% customer satisfaction. Thanks to the CEO's vision and fairness in her approach! As a HUBZone company, we provide employment to historically underutilized economic regions and it is such a positive program. I'm proud to be associated with Inoventures!
