Pros
Fantastic group of creative and hard working team members with multi-cultural backgrounds and perspectives. Working remotely is a big bonus. High levels of communication across a relatively flat organization. Great work environment.
Cons
Since COVID-19, employees have option to work ‘from home’ and I like the office environment. The new corporate office In Irvine CA is in Irvine and freeway close, but many people work remotely.

Pros
Gartner recently named INOVX a "Cool Vendor" and nothing could be more true of working here. The work atmosphere is professional, innovative, and..,.cool. I have been with the company over 10 years now and I am continually challenged which makes my job exciting and rewarding. The recent management changes have catapulted the overall mood of the company to one that is motivating and exciting.
Cons
As the company continues to grow, more help will be needed to get all the work done.
