BI Manager - NJ was in the top 2 best mentors i have had in my career. Gave me all the experience to set me up progressing further up the career ladder Relaxed but hard working environment Good benefits package Office is very modern and nice environment to be in, with pool table and dart board with good communal area. Investing in the latest technology and training Staff events were always bang on, no expense spared Willingness to invest in the staff they had
Cons
There was a slight upstairs downstairs divide and could be cliquey at times, however they were trying to bridge that and get everyone feeling inclusive. Shutting down their Manchester office and bringing everyone to their Warrington HO. Good for the above point but negative on people who lived on the other side of Manchester like myself.

Pros
People are all Helpful and Friendly. They work hard to ensure “the customer comes first”. The teams work hard and give it 100% The Management Team have been dedicated to listen to the team and changes are being made in the right direction, Change is Good ! The benefit package is great and including the likes of life insurance, salary protection, holiday trading, pension and more.
Cons
Systems, processes are all being worked on but hey Rome was not built in a day
