Pros

- One of the rare cybersecurity company in the region where one gets the opportunity to develop advanced and innovative cybersecurity software - Company is able to do well in a competitive market and develop useful products that are trusted by many - Great place to learn and grow my career - Supportive colleagues - Good culture - Higher chance to get promoted into senior roles as the company grows

Cons

May not be a fit for under-performers, or people looking for a 9-to-5 job that is not too demanding.

Pros

- Competitive salary and a very good place to start you career as a software engineer - Supportive and fun colleague to work with. - No office politics within the team. - Office is directly connected to LRT with covered walk ways, roughly 5 mins walking distance. - Able to take on wide variety of task ranging from full stack to devops to infrastructure - Have code ownership on what you have done and gets to continue maintaining it - Good work life balance, company does not use WhatsApp for communication.

Cons

- Does not follow all Malaysia Public Holiday - Priorities on feature development as it generates revenue and sacrifices developers concern on technical sides. - Having the opportunity to take on different variety of tasks also means that you will have to take on task that are not in your field of interest - Lack of experienced software engineer in the team to guide and provide insights on code and architectural decision. - Due to massive amount of customized feature request, it felt like working in a consulting firm rather than software house. - Product lacks of roadmaps as the product is developed based on user's feedback and request.
