Good company with a solid package of perks and great pension contributions. The management team is supportive, and the overall team is professional and highly skilled

Cons

There is a planned shift to office-based work requiring up to 4 days in the office starting in January 2027, which significantly impacts flexibility. The company can also feel a bit red-taped at times. Additionally, relying on VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) causes some technical friction.
