      Pros

      Great clients, incredibly talented and smart employees, and room to grow. Job is what you make it.

      Cons

      As with any agency type company, there is no end of day. A pro and a con, really. Taking care of a client is similar to taking care of a child, never ends if you do it well, but that can be difficult to shut off at end of day.
