You're expected to work through lunch; though, you can eat at your station while you work.

Benefits, opportunity in moving up. I've seen at least 6 coworkers move up and out of departments to start new positions.

Cons

Pay could be a little more. 24/7 hrs. . Weekend work. But options are available
