      Pros

      Company really takes an interest in the employees, encourage us to learn and grow. Great group of people to work with. A lot of fun activities that bring everyone together. Like a family.

      Cons

      The industry is demanding and fast pace. I love it, but it can be challenging.

      Pros

      InstallNET is a great place to work. Its boasts a family-like environment where everyone feels welcomed. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves, which makes everyday enjoyable. There are always opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally, which is very important to me.

      Cons

      With such an open workspace things can get a bit loud or distracting - but that is just small downside of having such an open and collaborative environment.
