On the job training, overtime, many benefits, lots of vacation and sick time. If you like to learn and show initiative you will get opportunities to advance.

Cons

Overtime is usually September to early January. I would work more if allowed.

Profit sharing, lots of PTO, yearly raises, great benefits, opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Cons

Have to work overtime during October to January but can work all the hours you want so can be a pro just minimum of 45 per week during that time

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at IAS and hope to continue in to the future. The people are what makes it great! The knowledge and experience of the management team is unsurpassed. The company goes above and beyond for their employees and truly cares.

Cons

Sometimes the speed of getting something done is hindered due to the additional requirements of approval by parent company (Integrity Marketing Group).
