Insyght is a well established provider of promotional medical education. It has existed for over 25 years. I think the one thing people miss about this company is the level of CEO leadership that exists. In a small company, the CEO often faces direct criticism that would be deflected to lower level, daily managers. I know this company and CEO and the commitment to excellence that drive both. I personally don't really like Glassdoor much because it has become a place to vent for disgruntled people that just didn't fit into a rigorous business. The leadership cares. Insyght provides healthcare and a retirement plan as well as cover expenses such as parking and other perks not found in larger less intimate companies. This is a company that will thrive post-COVID pandemic.

I worked at Insyght Interactive for 2.5 years. I had the great fortune of being Rina's assistant and also Project Coordinator. While working at Insyght, you will develop attention to detail and develop a keen understanding of an overall process. If you thought you had attention to detail, well let me tell you..... welcome to Insyght because you will be blown away by how much further you can develop. The CEO and other leaders are invested in helping you present well to the client and internally. The goal is to be happy and provide accuracy and efficiency in all endeavors. The agency has a group of wonderful people who are highly intelligent, kind-hearted and everyone is dedicated to performing with a high-level of efficiency and ensuring the client is taken care of. The CEO organizes company picnics, holiday and birthday parties and a great Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner which are always super fun and delicious.
