The organisation is for hardworking employees. No fluffy. If you're someone who loves to work then it's your place to be. I've grown both professionally and personally during my tenure so can tell you that hardwork is rewarded at the end.

Worked with them for almost 2.5 years. Great guidance from seniors. Good for experience. Worked on multiple projects as well.

Cons

Nothing major. Timings are strict but once you get into a habit, you'll be okay.
