Feels like a family, pushed me to succeed, obtained additional skills; document control, time management, reporting, liaise with clients. Advancement to dedicated workers, acknowledge/praise workers when going beyond their work requirements.

Good group of guys to work with. Well organized company. Plenty of material on site, exellent safety and the wages were good.

Cons

It just seemed that the projects that we were told we had and were a for sure thing the next thing we knew another company came in from under us and we were laid off do to shortage of work.
