      Lots of change in the REO market, but great working environment.

      Pros

      I work with a great team of people and I have always been offered new and different (increasing) opportunities. Even though the company has gone through a lot of changes, senior management continues to find ways to survive in the difficult mortgage market.

      Cons

      REO has not been fun over the last few years and at times, it can be very stressful. That's more a result of the industry and not the company.
