I enjoy the variety - no two days are the same. I've also valued the exposure to large scale events, often working nationally on some very cool programs. The culture and team are very strong, always working together and pitching in when someone needs support. Weekly team meetings keep everyone connected in this remote working environment. I appreciate the challenging work, and feel as though i've grown immensely during my time at IAE. The runway is long, and truly based on performance. If you provide your skills, meet your deadlines, and deliver good work, there is a lot of flexibility granted to you.

Cons

This may be a con for some, and not for others. But as our clients' business varies and can occur outside of M-F 9-5, the work hours can vary as well. This just depends on the project requirements (ie. photoshoot running on a Saturday). But the company is good at providing additional time off/benefits to balance working outside normal business hours.
