Helpful and friendly atmosphere, meaningful onboard training, plenty of resources and help whenever you need it, manage your own time, medical, vision, dental benefits, PTO, Promotional Opportunities

Cons

If you haven't previously managed your own time or worked independently, the process of going through training and settling into your role can be overwhelming at first. Once you establish a routine and create your schedule, everything starts to fall into place. It is worth sticking with.
