Pros

Talented team that work hard together. There is real innovation happening at all levels of the organization that are working collectively to provide automation results to our clients. As a seller, I feel priviledged to not just sell AI, but solutions that are truly making a difference in healthcare, financial services, and other important industries.

Cons

Don't have any "cons" as I feel supported in my day to day pursuit of taking care of clients and working to present our automation products. There are natural pivots in sales strategies due to the ever changing AI landscape and IntelePeer focused on being the best in class automation company.

Pros

IntelePeer offers a truly unique product in the healthcare space, with referenceable customers seeing real AI-driven results in under four months. Compensation is competitive, and the company actively supports in-person networking, sponsoring many healthcare events that help build a pipeline and brand awareness. Many in the C-Suite are driving great direction, including the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Product Officer, President of AI Implementations, and Chief Marketing Officer. Our CEO is always eager to speak with clients and attend events; he is deeply involved in the business and brings a great deal of energy. IntelePeer feels like the biggest, oldest startup - over 20 years old and still evolving. The company is on the verge of something significant, particularly in the healthcare sector. If you're ready to build, adapt, and be part of a team deploying real AI solutions that improve patient and customer experiences, this is the place to do it!

Cons

Territory and segmentation can shift quickly unless you establish a strong foothold early. That said, this has improved steadily over the past six months. As an AE, you operate like the CEO of your own business, which means owning marketing, lead sourcing, and GTM strategy. It’s not a plug-and-play role, and brand recognition varies by vertical. Due to the urgency to grow rapidly, this is a fast-paced environment with pressure to create and close numerous opportunities quickly. Some opportunities can be fast in 120 days or sooner, but many sales cycles are still 6-8 months long, especially at the enterprise level.
