I have been working at Intelesure for less then a year and have loved my job. It's gets a little crazy from time to time but keeps me on my toes. I get along really well with my boss and uppermanagement team and they are so willing to work with people. I love the group that I work with and have no interest in any other job.

Cons

No benifits and changing of schedules based on whats needed is a little rough at times.

Pros

Good communication with the higher management. Friendly staff and co workers. They do their best to accommodate your needs, and make sure your schedule works for you. They understand life and family problems happen so they work with you to make sure everything is taken care of. They properly inform you if your doing something wrong and make sure you know so if it comes down to termination you aren't clueless.

Cons

A certain department is not he best to speak with and there are constant schedule changes. Once in a while it's like a mad house, calls come in quicker than they can be handled.
