      Pros

      Work with a great group of people, building interesting equipment for the packaging industry. Ability to learn multiple new skills and room for advancement in the company.

      Cons

      Can be a little stressful at times when behind schedule to make deliveries to customers.

      Pros

      Very friendly work atmosphere. Its casual and easy going as long as you show up for work and perform your duties as needed. Which these days a lot of people do not do. Some people take their job for granted. Then when they quit or get fired they look to blame someone else for their own actions.Thus the bad things you see here. (my opinion) I would not take them serious to the point of making a decision on continuing to work there or starting a career there. We make the best equipment in this industry and should be proud of it, not putting the co.or owner down.

      Cons

      Lunch break only half hour. An hour would be nice so if we go out to lunch there is ample time.

      Pros

      The state of the art equipment makes doing my job easy. I have worked with other companies with dated machinery that always broke down. The guys I work with are a great group of guys.

      Cons

      The part time people need to go.
