      Pros

      Unlike a lot of other consultancies who are active in the AI/ML paradigm, Intellify values meritocracy over shiny, buzz-wordy narratives.

      1. Challenging business problems 2. Appreciation for academic expertise 3. Senior management cares 4. Full working from home flexibility

      Cons

      Cannot think of much. Perks are getting competitive. The company is still in its inception phase and I can see the MT are working on this.

      - Great projects to work on - Lots of strong engineers and architects - While this company being relatively young and run by a youthful management, they are always looking to improve and provide the best for their employees (a rare trait for consultancies)

      Cons

      - None really but this is also driven by clients'. Great projects = high levels of satisfaction!
