This is a great company - excellent work culture and very good employee policy. Merit driven Organization where non-performers and under-performers are coached for development or coached out of the company. Though I did not get along with my Client Manager, I thought that some of these things should be clarified. If you want Product, Mobile and Cloud exposure -- go here -- If you are the one like my earlier colleague who wants to plat video games -- please dont apply

Cons

Some of the clients are controversial companies like Monsanto.

They provide lot opportunities to build carrier .They build good team where we work freely and exchange knowledge with others.We can work an environment where we can put all of our thoughts.

Friendly working environment, Initial training for freshers builds confident to work individually, Guiding and being supportive for the employees in a team all the time, Management support and encouragement to do lot of innovative and creative task motivates us to give the best. I never found any Hierarchical structure formed in the organization all senior employees till the fresher have been together working in a team taking up challenges resulting in comfortable working zone. Any individual getting up early morning should feel himself motivated to reach company and work with full energy that individual is considered to be very lucky............... "I am Proud to say m LUCKY"

Cons

Breaking of Challenges involves lot of leaning process and creates a milestone. I like to do all the time.
