Since Interaction purchased HM I have been looked after, The company looks after everyone who is work focused. Company owner and management are great to work with and are always contactable. Has provided everything i have needed to get the job done. Rewarded for the extra mile, I was even given the owners holiday home which in my 30 years of recruitment I have never known this. It really is a real pleasure to work here. I feel if anyone states any different is because they were laid back and didnt work hard enough, always the way isnt it

Cons

So many branches, so many colleagues. We all get on real well over the phone but need a yearly event to meet with everyone. team bonding and more cross selling would be good
