- With the team expanding, office space limitations can happen however, flexible WFH schedules helps alleviate this challenge. - Remote offices are naturally prone to delays in communication with global teams, which can impact collaboration

Very healthy balance between doing your best work + no outrageous expectations. > Product team are best in the biz - building at lightening pace and really listening to our customers. Roadmap is always hype > Future looks very bright. Huge upside on the horizon if we can execute > Great leadership hires recently > Strong plan to achieve greatness > Tenured staff. Many people here for 5+ years > Rewards & values top talent

Cons

> Marketing isn't world class yet > Internal systems are immature on the sales side for where we are and can sometimes be frustrating. Plans to fix but is taking some time > Internal comms is very lacklustre. Sometimes teams don't communicate with each other or consider each other as much as they should
