The people that work at Intereum are like family. We work hard, but everyone is willing to step in and help each other out. Flexible forward thinking work environment. Even before the pandemic Intereum was pro hybrid work and free address and continues to support it. Company wide non-profit involvement and events are good. EOS system allows employees to bring up issues and quickly they are solved.

Cons

Customer projects can be fast paced and large in scope and complexity.
