Pros
- many internal learning and development possibilities - international environment although located in Romania - complex technical projects, challenging engineers knowledge, practices and status-quo - highest pay rates in the local Industry for both engineers and managers
Cons
- you are expected to learn fast and perform fast; no room for relaxed pace - you are provided authority, supported, but you are kept responsible all the time - you need to figure out fast how to apply company procedures and how to work with them - company has a tendency of hiring when needed and firing when capacity is not needed anylonger, a behaviour not yet digested in Romania
