Great company, great culture, good pay Depending on the manager. Me experience was great and the knowledge level of the techs is amazing. Any training I can get my hands on.

Cons

Employee complaints can end up disregarded causing some animosity to build. If your looking to move up in the company it is relatively easy except not very much turnover happens so you’ll wait quite a while for a position in my opinion

You'll often too busy to perform time-saving continuous improvement projects very technologically driven, there's not a lot of leeway to those who aren't familliar with it Training is often self-led

Interstate is a great place to work and is invested in their employees. They perform yearly meetings to make sure employees are engaged in their work and work on solutions if not.
