      Pros

      The reason I worked at interstate security for so long is because I work my way up to being a supervisor good pay in they will work around your schedule.

      I don't have no downside working at interstate security.

      Pros

      The pros of working for this company is that they pay on time and do direct deposit the managers are respectful and don't make the employees stand in line forever to get what they need and the office is not nasty.

      Cons

      A guard could make more carrying a gun and you get trained on the job and this company does not have that.
