Great work-life balance with adequate opportunity for career development. The best thing about the company is Good work environment, friendly and helpful people. Also good starting salaries and good yearly hikes.

Cons

It's quite difficult to find more cons about the organization as my overall experience is wonderful. I am enjoying working here.

Great and healthy company environment, No pressure on workload regularly (only when required), No Politics at all, Management open to hear your thoughts, Respect to each employee Always flexible timing , All other benefits like Full featured Mediclaim, PF etc.. Support to all Fun activities, Having cafeteria with Table Tennis ,TV, coffee machine etc amenities in premise.

None till now. Management improving day by day, so do we all.
