      - They are willing and able to train people that are new to the industry - Extremely kind and compassionate team members - Compensation and benefits are good - Actively working on bettering the company - Remote work is great for flexibility

      - Slow ramp up period as a new employee - takes a while to get on projects - Remote work feels somewhat disconnected from team members

      I love my job and the company so much that I would work here for free

      My team is amazing. I think everyone is passionate about their field of expertise. The work environment is currently remote, but I still feel connected to my team. I credit this to HR's ability to think outside of the box by hosting weekly virtual events.
