      Pros

      Working here has been amazing! Everyone shares the same goal and is on the same wavelength ready to execute our goals everyday. Leadership is very supportive and quick to help when asked. Even though we are remote they are able to keep an amazing culture with jokes and laughs every time we chat with one another.

      Awesome product that has a positive impact on communities and the people that serve them.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, you need to be ready to shift to high priority items as the product is used in real time situations.

      Great company mission, on a mission to be great

      Pros

      Fire and emergency service mission, great people, great customers and customer relationships. Working hard to honor the company legacy while changing and growing toward the future. New CEO working on improving culture by settling more clear goals.

      Cons

      Lots of changes (but seems like on upswing), needs to do better at telling the company story and expanding the market.
