Pros

Flat hierarchy - no micro-management, self-autonomous decision making and progression inside the company. Flexibility - Encouragement to explore different topics and projects, always expanding knowledge with internal workshops as well. WFH 2 days a week. Clarity - INVENSITY values and expectations clearly defined, with known avenues for growth in the company. Open feedback is welcome.

Cons

Assoc. Consultants are expected to be involved in business development, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Pros

You will collaborate with a small, tight-knit team of bright-minded colleagues who share common technical interests and expertise. Invensity prioritizes your career growth as an individual through several developed facets such as the mentoring program. Hybrid work schedule. Independent enablement from the organization promotes a sense of autonomy. The offered benefits and compensation are robust.

Cons

The integration of business development activities with technical consulting has room to be improved upon. That being said, the organization clearly communicates expectations to minimize uncertainties.

Pros

INVENSITY is a cool place to work. It has a vibrant social culture, where our team is young and motivated. As a consultant you will get to experience working across a variety of industries and build skills in a number of domains. The leadership team is heavily invested in the growth of new employees, but also expects a high amount of effort from them. This can range from smaller business topics lead by local leaders to full-day training sessions / lectures from our CEO (of which the content and delivery are of the highest quality I have experienced). If you are interested in personal and professional growth, it is my belief this is a prime destination.

Cons

The firm has not yet reached profitability (we are close), this means that at the end of the day we need to be scrappy and fight for business. This means it will take getting comfortable with being uncomfortable as you grow and integrate into the team. In the short term this means slightly lower pay while still having high expectations for project execution.
