Pros

I bring close to three decades of enterprise IT experience — spanning ERP transformations, IFS implementations, digital transformation, MES integrations, and program leadership across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. In that time, I have worked with over two dozen client organisations and several employers across the ecosystem. That context matters when I say: my experience at Inzuscene has been genuinely rewarding. What stands out most is the quality of leadership. Shiladitya Mukherjee — Addy, as most of us call him — brings real vision and ambition to the organisation. This is not a company drifting through growth; it is being steered with intent. That makes a difference to the kind of work you get and the calibre of professionals you work alongside. On a personal note, I have been fortunate to work under the guidance of my manager, Babu — whose practical support, clear direction, and genuine investment in my success have made a meaningful difference in how I show up on complex delivery responsibilities. From a work standpoint, I have had access to high-quality IFS Cloud and enterprise transformation engagements with a capable, committed team. The environment rewards ownership and accountability — which suits professionals who want to lead rather than simply execute. One of the more encouraging signs is the deliberate effort to strengthen internal processes: systems, automation, governance frameworks, and delivery discipline are being built systematically. For a fast-scaling organisation, this kind of internal rigour is what separates sustainable growth from chaotic expansion — and Inzuscene is clearly moving in the right direction. As with any growing company, there is ongoing work to do around structured onboarding, cross-functional knowledge sharing, and formalising delivery governance at scale. These are natural challenges of growth, and importantly, they are being addressed — not ignored. Pros: — Visionary leadership with a clear growth agenda — Meaningful, high-quality project opportunities in IFS Cloud and enterprise transformation — Excellent manager support (in my experience) — A team of capable, motivated professionals — Active investment in internal process maturity, systems, and automation — An environment that respects expertise and rewards ownership

Cons

As the company grows, processes, documentation, and internal knowledge-sharing practices need to continue maturing. This is a natural part of scaling and is already being addressed progressively.
