      - Opportunities to get involved with multiple projects in various different domains related to international economic development (Aviation, Agriculture, Tourism, PPPs, ICT, Public Sector Reform, etc.) - Being able to serve clients such as the World Bank, African Development Bank, USAID, the French Development Agency, and the Asian Development Bank. - Working with a talented, hardworking, international, and multilingual team. - Ability to conduct occasional field trips in order to oversee the implementation of projects. - Flexibility for one to make their own hours.

      - Work is almost entirely done remotely.

      Great exposure to international development at a small business that provides the opportunity to embark on you career at entry-level while completing substantial activities. They will quickly immerse you in activities integral to the success of proposals across multiple sectors, practice areas, and donor agencies, including assisting in technical approach development, team-building through expert consultant engagement, and participating in prestigious conferences and events.

      Cons

      Must be a motivated employee willing to work long hours (sometimes weekends) and immerse yourself in material outside of your university background as they will seek to involve you in proposals for projects in a diverse range of sectors (agriculture, aviation, trade and investment, private sector development, ports & maritime, public sector governance, etc.).
