      - Very interesting work, often working on something different, get to read about lots of new, exciting technologies/research - People are really nice - Relatively small company, and you're able to speak with anyone in the company - Great potential for gaining experience in a lot of different areas

      - Salary is a bit low - Work can be overwhelming sometimes
