      They really focused on the betterment of me by teaching and mentoring me instead of making me work trivial tasks like some mid to huge sized companies.

      Overall, good experience. Ishi has some really talented & friendly people aboard. Nice infrastructure and very good technical growth if you wants to stay hands-on High salaries compared to the other companies in Ahmedabad market and decent benefits. Flexible office timing, Work from home Flat teams and no office politics.

      Cons

      Flat team culture offers fewer management roles. The company had some financial issues in mid-2017, in some months, payrolls were processed with a delay of 15-20 days
