The interview process consisted of multiple stages but was very straightforward and efficient. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and welcoming, which created a positive and approachable atmosphere. They have effective systems and tools in place that help streamline their operations. Additionally, they allow new employees time to adjust to the work environment, gradually introducing responsibilities to ease the transition.
