-All employees and managers are great people, due to it being a family business everyone supports each other and treat each other fairly. -Great starting pay and they will teach you the minimum needed to manage on your own. -Lots of opportunities to grow as a employee and learn new things, overtime isn’t required but there are many chances to request it during the busy season -This company cares for its customers and employees deeply

-During the colder seasons it can be a bit slow -Bonuses and Commission pay isn’t fully transparent yet and inconsistent

Pros
Every day is unique, helping customers when they’re having a terrible day and don’t know what to do. Work/life balance is good, overtime is never mandated but often available for those who want it. Vacation and sick time are respected without guilt trips. Colleagues and management are quick to provide support in work and in life events. Treated like an adult and not micromanaged. Small operation, not a conglomerate so it’s very personal. Everyone knows everyone.
Cons
Pest control slows down in the winter. I wouldn’t call this a con but be aware if you’re used to large companies; this is a local operation and everyone pulls their weight so we can all succeed. I’ve never had a day to just punch a clock and ride it until I get to go home. But the schedules are smaller than a lot of groups out there so we have time to do our jobs right and take care of customers, just be ready to show up and be on a team representing if you think this is right for you.
