Loved the people, everyone was friendly and everyone seemed to be interested in growing the firm and making it successful for the whole team

Cons

the challenges were more about public accounting and less about the firm. Maybe the biggest challenge was the firm trying to build a brand. As a top 15 firm, its a challenge in the market when competing against the big 4
