      Pros

      The team here is some of the most inspired and self motivated people I've seen in my 15 years of experience. They really care about their employees and getting people to go to their full potential. They also do fun stuff after work and there are many incentives to perform well. I got invited to go to Do min can Republic a few months back!

      Cons

      They have a shortened program so the hours are longer than most companies but the growth happens quicker because of the longer hours. Need to be committed
