Pros

Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

Cons

Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.

You get out what you put into this job! When you hear entry level, typically they need some sort of experience, but that is the opposite of JEAR. This company provides all the tools and resources to drive you to success!

Cons

This job does require a lot of hard work, but the skills you develop within this role are unmatched (multitasking, prioritization, time management)
