      Team oriented, want great success for each team member, very supportive. Looking out for one another core values

      Cons

      Network events could be better, need customer appreciation days, don't have regular trainings on equipment or literature for updates. Not a big social media platform.

      There is room for advancement within the company. There are a vast number of changes within the last 3 years for a lot of businesses due to covid which put most organizations in a tough spot. JESCO is an essential business and cares deeply about making the organization a great place to work.
