Good training facilities and work supervision under seniors. Great place to learn and cherish. More opportunities for any signal designer to work across various states. Never missed a paycheck. Timely payments. Good recognition. Unexpected increments. Nothing exaggeration. This is my experience with JMDR. I am grateful and thankful to JMDR for what I have till date.

- Good culture - Competent managers - things operate efficiently and logically and that's a lot more than can be said for other companies - strong potential for growth - JMD Railtech is expanding into the signalling engineering market at a rapid rate, definitely up and coming

Cons

not much of a work-from-home culture, although they are coming on board more with covid
