      Sometimes veers into design by committee, which can make it hard to get things done

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      JPC has the best group of employees, working together to help each other and the company. The principals really care about each employee, they are friendly and approachable for questions. I have never worked at company so inclusive and where I'm excited to go to work everyday!

      Cons

      There is a 'sink or swim' mentality when you first start. If you know your stuff you will be fine or if you are outgoing enough you need to reach out to others for help. We work hard and play hard.

      Pros

      It's has been great finding a company that appreciates and promotes work-life balance! There is plenty of opportunity to grow in areas you are interested in. The principles are supportive, respectful and have an open door policy.

      Cons

      Lots of TI Work - Would be great to push the envelope on design.
