Pros

Good culture, and treat people well. This company looks to build people up by leaning on their strengths, and work to improve weaknesses constructively. Pay hit or miss depending on position. Ability to advance also hit or miss depending on department/division, but company has recognized inconsistencies, and actively making improvements. Overall, a real star will rise, and can go very far. Strong team dynamic. Company very progressive wrt remote working flexibility. Good work/life balance

Cons

For non PM +, pay can be a bit flat, and bonuses non existent. A bit behind the times. Health Insurance packages not bad, but lacking for the largest name in engineering on earth.

Project manager is always available in any situation. Good communication. Work related information always available. Encourages working remotely and makes it easy to do so. Many medical coverage options available . Great internal communication sharing resources for your family.

Cons

Medical leave process is outsourced with poor communication to the employee. Needs to be reevaluated.
