      I like my Jam Fam better than my real Fam!

      Pros

      Never have I worked in an environment that I have enjoyed more. The reason? The people. I go into work every day with a smile on my face. It is a joy to work in an environment that fosters ideas and creativity on a daily basis. My direct supervisor is a delight to work with. She is intelligent, thoughtful and caring. Upper management is great. Always supporting new ideas and allowing employees autonomy to do their jobs well and to spread their wings. The company itself has had a tremendous year with some great campaigns. Going forward using decades of experience combined with new and fresh ideas with emerging technology means the future of the company is very bright.

      Cons

      Needs to have better procedures in place for some things. Communication isn't always great between different departments. Sometimes more information than is needed is shared and other times not enough information is not being shared. Bit of a balancing act but procedures are being put in place to address this.

      This boutique agency has a great working space and is located in the heart of the city. The team is small and over the last year has developed some great programs. The synergies among the team continues to improve which makes for a better working environment. There is great potential in the future campaigns based on some of the cool activation's over the past few years. There are lots of opportunities to grow in your career and learn on the job which is beneficial especially for young professionals.

      Cons

      Some past hires did not have the experience to do there jobs which can put a strain on the rest of the team. This causes the working environment to be too reactive instead of proactive. Putting in place better procedures will help to make things run a lot smoother.
