      Pros

      I love how management is very hands off and relaxed. You get to set your own schedule and have freedom. I love how they play the GGOB (Great Game of Business) it teaches you how to work on your personal finances as well as how to make the company more money as we are now an ESOP! Great company love it here and plan on retiring from here!!

      Cons

      Hours can be long and weekends short during the planting and spraying season. Only thing I would say is be prepared to work longer hours during busy season.

      Pros

      Family feel, you're not just a number. Always learning something, I think I've learned more about business here then I did in college. Company outings and Christmas parties are fun!! People are nice, management says hi if they pass you in the hall. Monthly company meetings keep us informed on how were doing. They play a lot of games to try and hit goals.

      Cons

      If you're not goal driven, it would probably be overwhelming. They are big on goals and being your word.
