      Very creative work! Lots of design opportunity for anyone with good design skills.

      It's a design firm. Not a lot of full service work, but I understand that is changing.

      A boutique design firm, creative talent and great people, impressive projects worldwide, unlimited advancement for those who have stepped up and achieved it, good pay plus bonuses, future patrnership, just a very exciting place to work and be a part of!

      Cons

      Demanding clients sometimes,also at times long hours ( but par for the profession ), though still able to maintain a good balance with work and family.
