      Great people, interesting industry, well suited for someone who is detail oriented and driven. I highly recommend this workplace.

      Cons

      No real culture. Internal meetings feel like a rag tag group of individuals with no common ground except working at the same place.

      Pros

      Jet Midwest is more than just a company, they're a family. Fun open atmosphere with a great work life balance and co-workers who care about you. Employee appreciation shown from the top down, core company values and drive to be number one in the field. Career advancement opportunities are abundant as the company is growing quickly. Unlimited earning potential in sales with uncapped commissions. Laid back, casual work environment. I'm able to wear jeans on a daily basis, manage my workload and not worry about being micromanaged.

      Cons

      Aviation is a 24-7, fast paced environment. Takes a little while to get used to always being busy, but makes the days go by quick. Long Aviation learning curve. Located at the Airport, on Northside of KC. - 20-30 minute travel time from south of downtown KC.
