      Nice place to learn about ship maintenance and ERP system. Helpful colleagues, team work is good. This year salary hike and performance bonus were better, shows management is improving.

      Pros

      Company is financially strong, no job fear. Managers are approachable and supportive. Work culture is formal and strict. Company investing in automation. This year company gave bonus and salary hike under PIP, which was a nice surprise.

      Sometimes workload is heavy during deadlines.

      Good first job for young mechanical engineers

      Pros

      Useful for freshers and juniors to learn ERP and PMS systems. Work pressure is not too much, timings are good. Recently company gave good increment and bonus through PIP, so people felt motivated. Initial training is helpful to understand how vessel machinery hierarchy works.
